amchirecipes.com is a community driven initiative to create the most exhaustive list of amchi recipes on the internet.
amchirecipes.com allows anyone to submit recipes once they sign up for an account. It also lets members rate recipes, categorize them, comment on them etc. There is also a Konkani food glossary so that non-amchis can understand our recipes. This will help popularize our cuisine among other cultures.
The site is still in its infancy with having been live less for only about a week. However, the response has been tremendous and new Konkani recipes are being added by members all over the world.
